·               Work with and supervise crews in a team environment installing and maintaining wireless antenna systems and wire line infrastructures.

·               Stacking monopoles, AT&T 2c builds, T-Mobile 2G/3G modernization, L700 & rural 2100 adds, Sprint G5 mghz/ 2.5 mghz, boom installs and decoms.

·               Ground steel, weatherproofing, cable grounds, unit assembly.

·               Installation of new carriers on new build and existing towers.
